Collaborated with WIM designers outside of Commercial Banking to provide a seamless solution in alignment with WIM corporate branding.  Used WIM Internal Tools design system to provide initial designs for V2 as Document Center moved into the WIM space from original Easy Connect version (which I also designed).

 

Problems solved

  • Need for a seamless document sharing application (for onboarding and relationship management for Wealth and Investment banking clients.
  • Risks, tracking issues and overall inferior experience associated with email as the document sharing solution.
  • Designed asynchronous multi-file upload experience so users would not have to wait for each upload session to complete.

Impact

  • Seamless integration with Advisor Platform CRM.
  • Reduced risk, less chance for documents being lost or mixed up.
  • Better tracking.
  • Reduced onboarding time
